Madeline Allen
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Madeline believes the counseling room as a sacred space for healing and growth. She believes that growing into your inherent dignity is at the heart of the counseling journey, and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients in that process. Her goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and collaborative environment where real transformation can happen.
Madeline's approach to counseling is integrative and client centered. She emphasizes building a strong therapeutic alliance and fostering agency with her clients. She enjoys working with adolescents, individuals, couples and groups, and has special interests in working with anxiety, attachment, complex trauma, depression, and spiritual burnout or abuse.
Originally from Texas, Madeline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. Before moving to Florida, Madeline worked on staff with Campus Outreach for three years. Outside of the counseling room, she enjoys quality time with friends and her husband. She loves a good cup of coffee, playing with her two dogs, Ondra and Huck, and kayaking with Manatees.
